The service

WorshipDocs provides tools to create, store, transpose, translate, and share chord charts. The service is provided as-is; we work to keep it available and your data safe, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Your content

You keep ownership of the charts you create. By marking a song public you grant WorshipDocs permission to display it publicly and include it in the site index and search. You are responsible for having the right to post what you post — only upload lyrics and arrangements you're permitted to share.

Copyright

Respect songwriters and publishers. If you believe content on WorshipDocs infringes your copyright, contact us with the song URL and the basis of your claim, and we'll review and remove infringing material.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, overload, or scrape the service; don't post unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content; don't misrepresent translations as approved when they aren't. Accounts that abuse the service or other users may be suspended.

Account termination

You can delete your account at any time from Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorshipDocs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Keep your own backups of charts that matter to you — the export tool in Account Settings makes that easy.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
