What we collect
When you create an account we store your username, email address, name, and a password hash (or your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google). We store the songs, folders, and translations you create, and basic activity data such as song view counts and last-login times used to run the service.
How it's used
Your data is used to operate WorshipDocs: showing you your songs, publishing the songs you mark public, running the translation workflow, and sending account emails (verification, password resets, and replies to messages you send us). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Public vs. private content
Songs you mark public appear on your public profile, in the site index, in search, and in search engines. Songs marked private are visible only to your account. You can change a song's visibility at any time.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Third-party services
If you sign in with Google or use the Google Docs importer, Google's own privacy policy applies to that interaction; we receive only the profile fields and documents needed for the feature you used. Email is delivered through our SMTP provider.
Your choices
You can export your data or permanently delete your account (including all of your songs) from Account Settings. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
